Overview
Looking to become a new playground for young, promising independent artists, CDSL was founded in 2018 and since then has focused on producing, distributing and promoting their artists’ music and related works across multiple platforms. As a digital-storytelling creative studio, Collective has partnered with CDSL to build a strong digital presence using cohesive visual system and website. Our goal is to influence, inspire, and retell the story of a next generation of Vietnamese indie artists.

Goals
Our mission was to develop an authentic digital home for CDSL, one that not only highlight the unique talents of their local artists but also translate their raw musical stories into a visual narrative and share their music globally.
Our Approach
Inspired by the artists' diverse personal identities and artistic flair, we designed a website with a bold color scheme of red, black, white, and gray, paired with clean typography to project a professional yet distinctive image. The site's contrasting light and dark tones showcase the eclectic styles of the collective, providing a digital space that is as varied and expressive as the artists themselves.

CDSL MGMT was crafted for flexibility across both mobile and desktop devices, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience. The integration of a Content Management System (CMS) empowers the collective to swiftly manage and update content, keeping fans abreast of the latest artist activities. Notably, the music section features an innovative "Preview" function, allowing users to instantly sample new tracks, enhancing engagement and discovery within the site.
