Reflecting on a Decade of Artistic Evolution
Work Room Four, a hub for art, design, and education, celebrated its 10th anniversary with an extraordinary exhibition titled "NOW WE ARE 10." This milestone event, held at their foundational location on the 4th floor of building E at 9 Trần Thánh Tông (Zone 9), marked a decade of creativity and collaboration. The exhibition uniquely showcased a journey of creation, learning, and partnerships, which have significantly enriched the artistic community.
The Exhibition: A Dual Exploration of Creativity
The exhibition was ingeniously divided into two segments, resonating deeply with Work Room Four’s core values and offering an in-depth exploration of creativity and artistic practices. The first segment was an open submission showcase, featuring over 80 pieces by a network of artists and designers who have closely collaborated with Work Room Four over the past decade. These creations were inspired by three poignant themes: the essence of “creativity,” the evolution of arts in Vietnam over the last 10 years, and the personal creative journey of the artists.
The second component of the exhibition was interactive, engaging visitors in a conversation about creativity. Through various installations, attendees were encouraged to reflect on and contribute their perspectives on the nature of creativity, its importance, connectivity, and value in society.
